The Bosco Prep Camps & Tournament Teams program at Kapusta Hockey Academy (KHA) is built for motivated players who want to elevate their game in a competitive, high-expectation environment. Combining elite-level instruction with tournament competition, Bosco Prep provides athletes the opportunity to sharpen skills, develop hockey IQ, and compete against top talent. Led by experienced coaches who prioritize development and accountability, this program is designed to prepare players for the next level while fostering confidence, discipline, and a team-first mindset.

An opportunity for players and families to experience what makes St. John Bosco different — on the ice, in the classroom, and in the formation of young men.
This camp reflects the standard of our program. It represents the type of player — and more importantly, the type of young man — we are committed to developing.

Elite Hockey Evaluation
Players will take part in demanding, detail-driven practices led by the Bosco coaching staff. The camp is designed to evaluate hockey IQ, compete level, and skill development while providing measurable feedback to each participant.
Camp includes:

James Spaargaren — Skills Coach
Former junior and NCAA player known for developing elite-level players through advanced skill training.
Eric Phillips — Video Coach

Surf ’N’ Turf Showcase Series – California
Location: Westminster, California, USA
Venue: Ice Realm Westminster
Dates: June 19–21, 2026
The Surf ’N’ Turf Showcase Series – California is a small-format showcase for elite 2006–2012 birth year athletes pursuing AAA, Junior, and College hockey.
Limited roster sizes ensure meaningful ice time, direct coaching, and real conversations with coaches and scouts. Participants receive direct access to decision-makers from BCHL, NAHL, SJHL, AJHL, ACAC, NCAA, and U.S. Junior programs — making this an ideal setting for players navigating the next step in their hockey path.

Important Notes
• Showcase begins after 4:00 PM on Friday and concludes no later than 4:00 PM on Sunday
• Rosters and schedules will be emailed one week prior to the showcase
• Players wishing to be placed on the same team as a fellow registrant (for travel or carpool purposes) must indicate this during registration
• Space is limited — early registration is strongly encouraged
