Kapusta Hockey Academy brings together players from North America and Europe for an international hockey experience built around competition, development, and the shared culture of the game.

The European Classic gives North American players the opportunity to take their game overseas, compete against European programs, and experience hockey from a completely different perspective.

For European players, it is an opportunity to play alongside and against North American players, experience different styles of hockey, build international connections, and learn more about potential hockey opportunities in the United States and Canada.

FOR NORTH AMERICAN PLAYERS

Take your game overseas.

Experience the speed, skill, creativity, and traditions of European hockey while competing in an international tournament environment. Players have the opportunity to adapt to different opponents and styles of play while experiencing the game outside of the traditional North American hockey system.

Away from the rink, players and families can explore Europe together, experience new cultures, and turn a hockey tournament into an international experience they will remember for years.

FOR EUROPEAN PLAYERS

Experience North American hockey without crossing the Atlantic.

European players have the opportunity to compete alongside and against North American players, experience their approach to the game, and make connections within the North American hockey community.

For players interested in eventually pursuing hockey in the United States or Canada, the European Classic also provides an opportunity to learn more about North American Prep School, Junior Hockey, and player development pathways.

MORE THAN A TOURNAMENT

Different countries. Different styles. One game.

The European Classic is designed to bring hockey communities together. Players are challenged to adapt, compete, communicate, and learn from teammates and opponents with different hockey backgrounds.

The result is an experience that combines competitive hockey with international travel, new friendships, cultural experiences, and a broader understanding of the game.

THE KAPUSTA EXPERIENCE

Tomas Kapusta's career has crossed both sides of the Atlantic, giving Kapusta Hockey Academy a unique connection between European and North American hockey.

That experience is at the heart of the European Classic — creating opportunities for players from both hockey worlds to compete, develop, connect, and experience the game internationally.
