No Refund Policy

Kapusta Hockey Academy (KHA) & FAHA

At Kapusta Hockey Academy (KHA) and FAHA, we are committed to providing high-quality hockey development programs, camps, clinics, training sessions, and advisory services. Because participation requires advance planning, scheduling, staffing, facility reservations, and limited roster availability, all purchases are final.

Refund Policy

  • All registrations, deposits, tuition, fees, memberships, camps, clinics, training sessions, evaluations, advisory services, and other purchases are non-refundable.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations, missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, illness, injury, relocation, change of personal circumstances, or any other reason.

  • Failure to attend a scheduled program does not entitle the participant to a refund, credit, or make-up session unless otherwise approved in writing by KHA or FAHA.

  • Registration spots are reserved specifically for each participant and cannot be transferred without prior written approval.

Program Changes

Kapusta Hockey Academy and FAHA reserve the right to modify schedules, instructors, training locations, or program formats when necessary. Such changes do not qualify for a refund.

If a program must be canceled by Kapusta Hockey Academy or FAHA and no comparable replacement program is offered, participants may, at the sole discretion of KHA or FAHA, receive either:

  • A credit toward a future program; or

  • A refund of the amount paid for the canceled program.

Acceptance of Policy

By registering for any program or making any purchase through Kapusta Hockey Academy or FAHA, the participant (or parent/legal guardian if the participant is under 18 years of age) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy.
