Kapusta Hockey Academy Announces Summer Euro Camp & Lions Cup Experience in Czech Republic

Kapusta Hockey Academy is set to deliver another elite international development opportunity this summer with the Summer Euro Camp and Summer Lions Cup, led by Tomas Kapusta—a former Edmonton Oilers draft pick, Olympian, and Czech National Team player.

The Summer Euro Camp (July 25–27) will take place at Kapka Resort in Vsetín, Czech Republic, offering players a unique chance to train in a European environment while learning the North American style of play. Athletes will work directly with North American coaches, scouts, and players through high-level on-ice sessions, while also gaining valuable insight into prep school and junior hockey pathways in the United States. Each participant will receive camp gear and access to networking opportunities with coaches and scouts.

Following the camp, players will have the opportunity to compete in the Summer Lions Cup in Prague, combining elite competition with a full cultural experience. The event features 5+ guaranteed games, exhibition matchups against Czech clubs, and off-ice experiences including cultural tours and a visit to a Czech spa city. Players will stay at the Hilton Prague and continue training under Kapusta at the world-class Kapka Resort.

Open to 2011 birth years (with limited 2010 eligibility), this program is designed to provide international exposure, high-level development, and a clear pathway for players aiming to advance to North American prep and junior hockey.
