Kapusta to Lead Multiple Age Groups for California Surf

California Surf Hockey Club has announced that Tomas Kapusta will serve as Head Coach for the 14AA, 16AA, and 18AA teams for the upcoming 2026–2027 season.

Kapusta, a key part of the Surf coaching staff, will take on an expanded role as the program continues to build on a strong 2025–26 campaign. Known for his structured approach and emphasis on development, he will oversee three critical age groups, helping guide players through some of the most important stages of their hockey careers.

Tryouts are scheduled for June 5–7, 2026, marking the official opening window for youth teams. This is a key opportunity for players looking to earn a spot in one of Surf’s top AA programs for the 2026–2027 season.
